COLING 2025 has secured a room block at Aloft Abu Dhabi, near the conference venue, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). While there are hotels and lodging of all options we kindly ask delegates to book inside the conference block to ensure that we meet our contractual obligations.

Rooms at the discounted rate are sold out for the Main Conference dates. A few rooms are still available for the tutorial and workshop nights. We encourage you to first check availability with the Original Discount Room Block and then with the Secondary Discount Room Block. Note that prices in the Secondary Block are higher than in the Original Block.

Onsite Poster Order/Pickup

Capital 360 Event Experience
All orders must be sent an email to capital360.oc@adnec.ae with the COLING 25 Poster Order Form along with your A0 Portrait artwork.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY. Please note that orders will not proceed without payment, as this is to prevent uncollected posters.

Poster pickup will be available during the main conference days from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Customer Service desk located near Conference Hall A.

If you need to place a last-minute poster order, including on-site requests, you can do so online or in person at the Customer Service Desk. Your poster will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. Please note, if you wish to pay in cash, you must first visit the Customer Service desk at Conference Hall A to complete your payment before placing your order.
